Formaldehyde in baby products |

| I was shocked to find out that the baby shampoos and baby washes that I was using on my children contained formaldehyde. And to think at ages 4 and 6 I was still using them because I thought is was better and safer for them. There are about 30 different names that this ingredient can be called, the most popular one being Quaternium 15. This is a cheap preservative found in many personal care products. I found it quite scary when I started checking labels on all kinds of things we used on a daily basis. I couldnt believe my eyes. I would have never thought toxins like this would be found in our bathroom. i immediately got rid of unhealthy products and switched my spending to a store that prides themselves on safe and healthy products. These products are overall better for health and enviroment. I know that we cannot change the world, but knowledge is power and together we can help those who want to make thier lives safer and healthier for themselves and their families one person at a time. www.saferisbetter.com/chrissied |
